"Zero waste to landfill" is really a redundant term. If material avoids landfill it is being reclaimed as a resource not waste. It stands to reason that there is no waste, only wasted resources.

If large corporations show a commitment to the environment how much easier it is for the individual. Be aware of what materials you put in the trash. Make educated decisions when purchasing products like "Is this product's packaging recycleable? What will happen when this product expires?"
